What can I expect when visiting Mr. Leslie’s Cheesecakes?
You can expect great customer service, delicious creamy cheesecakes, and innovative flavors and toppings! Please note that our cheesecakes do come frozen to preserve the cake and decorations during transportation and to make slicing easier. If you plan on serving your cake immediately after picking it up, please let us know ahead of time so that we can defrost it. Cakes typically defrost within a few hours left at room temperature, or overnight in the refrigerator.
Our storefront is temporarily closed to the public, however you can still find our cakes in stores, markets, and restaurants. Please check back for future updates.

Do you cater?
Yes! We love working with you to create the perfect cheesecake experience for your event. We provide custom catering quotes upon request. Please contact us at least one month prior to your event if you are looking for a custom quote.
Can you make a custom cheesecake flavor or customize the decorations?
Yes and yes! We can’t guarantee that we’ll say yes to every idea you’ve got, but we love working with customers to make their cheesecake dreams come true. Please contact us to discuss any custom flavors you’re looking for.
All 9″ cheesecakes come decorated similarly to what is shown in the product photos unless otherwise specified. We are able to write short messages (“Happy Birthday”, “Merry Christmas”, “Happy Anniversary Kathy and Marcus” etc) and create custom decoration and designs within our general aesthetic. Please request any custom writing or designs in the “additional information – order notes” box directly below payment information in the check-out process.
We are not currently able to accommodate requests for character cakes or intricate detailing and all custom decoration requests will be subject to discussion and approval beforehand. We are more than happy to talk with you about what you’re looking for, so please reach out!
What is an Incubator Kitchen?
An Incubator Kitchen is a shared use kitchen for growing food entrepreneurs. This allows entrepreneurs to grow their ideas at a more sustainable pace and with the support of other business owners and the organization behind the incubator program. We currently operate out of Allen Neighborhood Center’s Accelerator Kitchen Program. We share our kitchen and storefront space with three other small businesses – Smoothie Queen, Tantay (Peruvian cuisine), and Gogi2 (Korean-Southern fusion). All four businesses have different hours of operation, so please check each businesses’ website for specific hours of operation.
